Today we went to the Kaohsiung Opera School. Its this hard core school for kids who want to be in traditional Chinese operas. These kids train for HOURS every day, learning acrobatics, singing, acting, and prop use. We watched some videos, heard a lot of chinese, listened to some opera rehearsal, and watched Cassie and Devon get their makeup done (as seen above). Later, I went shopping. I bought a “shirdress” as Holly likes to call it. Super cute. I also bought a shirt that could be two shirts, so I got four outfit options today. I say it was a good day for shopping. AWWW YEAAAAAA!
